ORDER
This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to instruct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute on the basis of petitioner's representation dt 18.03.2023. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that due to civil dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent, police officials has harassing the petitioner. The petitioner is in advanced stage of pregnancy and prays suitable directions.
3.On the side of the prosecution it is stated that the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry.

4.Considering the circumstances of this case, it is directed that the petitioner may be represented through a counsel and she can attend the enquiry through a counsel. The prosecution is directed not to call for the petitioner for personal enquiry till six months from the date of order. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is closed.
