PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Mu.Mu.No.3819/Aa2/98 dated 03.12.1998, in so far as the impugned condition fixing the scale of pay of the petitioner at B.T.Scale for a period of five years from 09.08.1995 to 08.08.2000 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay Middle school Headmaster pay scale to the petitioner for the period of five years from 09.08.1995 to 08.08.2000, in light of the order passed in W.P(MD).No.4319 of 2012, dated 03.04.2014.
