O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the order dated 08.06.2022, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichirappalli, in Cr.M.P.No.2274 of 2022, ordering to take possession of the secured asset, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submitted that nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the sale certificate has been registered and possession of the secured asset has also been handed over the auction purchaser.

3. The above said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent - Bank is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
