(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC that there is no proposal to put up a TASMAC shop in the location objected to by the petitioner. In this regard, a copy of the letter addressed to to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC, by the District Manager, TASMAC, Madurai North, has also been produced before this Court.
2. The same has been taken on file and record.
3. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
