ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 5 of the TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.83 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were pelted stone on the Government bus and damaged the wind shield worth about Rs.5,000/-. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Crime No.83 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Naguneri and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Naguneri and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
