ORDER

The revision petitioners are the defendants in O.S.No.365 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul. They filed I.A.No.2200 of 2017 for appointing an Advocate Commissioner.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the IA, the revision petitioners have stated that appointment of Advocate Commissioner is necessary to find out who is in possession of the property in question. The Court below rightly held that for such a purpose, the Advocate Commissioner cannot be appointed. Therefore, the order impugned in this civil revision petition cannot be faulted.

3. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4. Since the suit of the year 2016, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
