ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.not known of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that neither a case has been registered nor any enquiry is pending as against the petitioner.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that apprehension of arrest is unwarranted. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
