2.The petitioner wants to put up an arch in the name of the petition mentioned temple at a public place. It is only the first respondent who can take 2/6

a call in the matter. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that objection has been received from certain quarters. 3.The first respondent is directed to pass final order on merits on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The issue is left to the discretion of the first respondent. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
