ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that the petitioner's application was returned by raising certain queries.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that those queries are since been answered. Now it is for the fourth respondent to pass final order.

3.The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law 2/4

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
