ORDER

The learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi, has sent a letter requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.298 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.04.2025.

3. The reason stated in the letter dated 08.12.2025 is accepted, and a further period of three months is granted to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. No further extension will be granted.
