(MD) No. 9729 of 2022, Dated. 02.06.2022 as the petitioner appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Trichy instead of appear before the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAMOORTHY.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9729 of 2022 dated 02.06.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner and he is unable to comply the conditions prescribed by this Court. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30AM, until further orders and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered. sd/- 22/06/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
