Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned resolution passed by the 4th Respondent on 21.08.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to permit the petitioner to continue as Headmistress in Mankapuram Hindu Primary School, Mankapuram, Srivilliputhur Post, Virudhunagar District. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.16966 of 2015. It was allowed on 18.01.2018. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition came to be filed. 3.The petitioner's counsel submitted that the petitioner is not being allowed to discharge her duties as headmistress of the said school. I therefore issued statutory notice. 4.The contemnor appeared before me and has filed an affidavit stating that they are allowing the petitioner to discharge her duty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont. P(MD)No.1257 of 2020 as headmistress of the school and that she is also signing in all the official communications as headmistress.

5.The said submission made in the form of an affidavit is recorded. The Jurisdictional Block Educational Officer is mandated to ensure that the order passed by this Court is complied with. 6.By recording the stand of the respondent and with the aforesaid direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
