Heard Mr.K.PalMurugan for the petitioner and Mr.I.Murugesan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent. 1/4

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13732 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025.

3. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by order dated 18.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13732 of 2025, granted bail subject to, inter alia, the following condition:

"6.

.......

[b] the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Refugee Camp, daily, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the aforesaid condition imposed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13732 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025, is 2/4

relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
