This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a Final Report after observing all the formalities of investigation in Crime No.58/2022 dated 10.02.2022 on the file of respondent police in accordance with law.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that final report was already filed and the case was referred as Mistake of Fact.
