ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.21.06.2019..and a letter submitted by the Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli in D.No.1831/2021 dt.08.11.2021 through Principal District Judge,Tirunelveli in D.No. A1/13694/2021 dt.11.11.2021, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, seeking extension of four months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.172 of 2012.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, by four months and accordingly, it is extended by four months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
