ORDER
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 307 days in filing this instant criminal revision against the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1/3
Tiruchirappalli in M.C.No.27/2019, dated 21.03.2025.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post the case on 13.07.2025.
