2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.06.2022, a case has been registered in Cr.No.35 of 2022, dated 12.06.2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 354 and 506 (ii) of IPC.
