ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing letter D.No.1678/2022 dated 14.10.2022 from Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, this Court made the following order:
The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10811 of 2022 was filed by the Petitioner seeking direction from this Court to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti to expedite the trial in D.V.C.No.9 of 2020.
2. This Court by an order dated 17.06.2022 had directed the learned Judicial Magistrae No.I, Kovilpatti to dispose the case in D.V.C. No.9 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti in his letter in D.No.1678 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 had sought extension of time to dispose the case.
3. As per the remarks offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti the copy of the order was received on14.07.2022. Further the Petitioner has given the list of witnesses to be examined on 03.10.2022.
