This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14 A(2) of SC/ST(POA)Act 1989 as amended by Act 2015, to set aside the order passed in the bail application in Crl.M.P.No.782 of 2024 by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Sivagangai District in Crime No.43 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police and enlarge the appellant on bail. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr C.Senthil Murugan Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the R1, this Court made the following order: "This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.318 of 2024 on 17.04.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail.
