57 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal(Additional District Judge) Dindigul dated 04.02.2019. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant exemption to the petitioners from paying the Court fee of Rs.6,000/- in the appeal as against the Award in MACOP.No. 57 of 2015, on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge), Dindigul, dated 04.02.2019.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioners have stated that the respondent has not deposited any amount pursuant to the award, eventhough a sum of Rs.12,52,000/- was awarded as total compensation for the petitioners. Further, it is stated that the petitioners have not received any money, as the respondent has not deposited the amount as per the Award. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In the circumstances, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay the Court fee, as and when any portion of the amount withdraw by the petitioners, out of the amount that would be deposited by the respondent as per the direction of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in in MACOP.No. 57 of 2015, on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge), Dindigul.
