ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C., in Crime No.62 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that petitioner was arrested in Crime No.236 of 2022 by the Inspector of Police, Periyakulam Police Station. Hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
