ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 22.04.2025 under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the Vacation Court. In that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder:
