Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is no more. The writ petition was filed for forbearing the respondent from setting up the new bus stop in the petition mentioned site.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the bus stop was set up at another site. 4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
