O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2021, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint with regard to the theft of two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 65 AB AB 9073 on 24.01.2017 was registered in CSR No.40 of 2018, still there is no progress in the investigation. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of enquiry, it was found that the vehicle could not be found out, since the date of complaint was one year after the date of theft and it seems that the complaint has been given only for the purpose of getting CSR Receipt at the instance of the Finance Company and accordingly it was closed on 03.04.2018 itself. 4.Since the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this Writ Petition. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate Forum. The closure report shall also be circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
