PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 4 and 5 from prevent the petitioner's shop construction work made in assigned land in S.Nos.206, 208, 215, 216, 217 and 218 to the extent of 0.01.0 Ares out of 2.43.0 hectares in Tenkasi Village, Tenkasi Taluk and District in pursuance of the assignment patta dated 19.06.2023 issued by the 5th respondent vide order no. 3/1982-83 by considering the petitioners representation dated 20.04.2025 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.
