ORDER

This quash petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.110 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate IV, Madurai.

2.It is submitted that the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved their dispute between themselves.

Today, the defacto complainant/second respondent and the petitioner are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by the learned counsel and the first respondent police. In order to verifying the identities of the petitioner and the second respondent, they have submitted photocopy of their Adhaar Card reference No. 5993 0581 9466 and 8866 2075 9813 and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

3.Today, the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant submitted a joint compromise memo, dated 31.07.2018, before this Court. The second respondent has no objection to quash the proceeding in C.C.No.110 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate IV, Madurai.

4.Recording the same, the proceeding in C.C.NO.110 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate IV, Madurai is quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo filed by the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant shall form part of this order.
