ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and the Advaitha Vedhanthikalin Elakku Mudhal Vadha Manithaneya Sinthanaikkoodam situated at 9/19, Thanneer Durai Theru, Balasamuthiram, Thottiyam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10492 of 2021 upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that dispute arose between Trustees regarding the administration of the Trust. Finding the above fact both parties were advised to workout their remedy through proper proceedings.

3.Today, the closure report has been circulated to this Court. Perusal of the closure report shows that the petitioner himself has given an undertaking to the effect that he will resolve the dispute through civil proceedings. Since, the petitioner himself has given such undertaking, the question of granting police protection on the basis of the representation given by him does not arise. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
