[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the attempt being made by the respondents 4 and 5 in getting patta over a Government Land, which is earmarked for the creation of a cement road.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made reliance upon the proceedings of the third respondent dated 29.06.2018 in this regard. In the aforesaid proceedings, the petitioner was informed by the third respondent, in pursuance of his representation made to the first respondent that action would be taken for the creation of cement road, after the allocation of the funds during the incoming financial year.

3. Considering the above, we direct the second respondent not to consider the request, if any made or pending, at the instance of the respondents 4 and 5, for issuance of patta in their favour, without putting the petitioner and the third respondent on notice.

4. The Writ Petition shall stand disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
