ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to approve the appointment of petitioner as Physical Educational Director in the 5th respondent school from the date of appointment I.e., 06.06.2019 and confer all the consequential benefits. 2.The brief facts which are necessary for the disposal of this Writ Petition is as follows:- The petitioner was appointed in the fifth respondent minority educational higher secondary School in an unsanctioned post of Physical Educational Director, which is a needy post. Thereafter, the fifth respondent School has sent a proposal dated 20.06.2019 to the second respondent seeking approval of appointment of the petitioner in the fifth respondent. Since the same is not considered, 2/5
this Writ Petition came to be filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
4.In view of the same, considering the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby direct the second respondent to consider the proposal forwarded by the fifth respondent School dated 20.06.2019 and pass appropriate order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
