[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent submitted that the 7th respondent died and therefore, the license granted to the 7th respondent on 06.04.2012 automatically becomes terminated.
2.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the 7th respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter, accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
