2. When the matters were taken up for hearing on 14.03.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the case was adjourned to 29.03.2023. Thereafter, on 21.04.2023, when the matters were taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the cases were directed to be listed today (21.04.2023) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution.
