[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to remove the unqualified members.
2. Admittedly, the Election has already been over. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted at this stage. If the petitioner has got any grievance against the election held, based upon the list which is not genuine and proper, remedy is available to him under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
