(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 to close the TASMAC Shop, bearing No.5557 situated at Sunnambur, Keeranur Village, Melur Taluk,

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent / TASMAC, on instructions, submitted that the shop in question has already been closed.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent / TASMAC, on instructions, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
