Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry without any complaint and by following due process of law by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 07.07.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and so far, he involved in 11 criminal cases. Therefore, the third respondent used to watch the self-movement of the petitioner and it would not amount to harass the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
