This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation dated 21.04.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
