W.P.(MD) No.4722 of 2019 2.The petitioner is a Public Interest Litigant, filed this Writ Petition challenging a recruitment process commenced by National Institute of Technology, Trichirappalli, the third respondent. Mrs.Maria Roseline, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that impugned notification is to be withdrawn shortly.

3.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to withdraw the impugned notification within one week from today. Consequently, the interim stay already granted stands vacated and the Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
