This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2021 and reminder complaint dated 16.06.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken.
