*********** Considering the nature of the relief granted in this Civil Revision Petition, the other side is not put on notice. 2.The revision petitioner is the respondent in R.C.O.P.No.36 of 2012 on the file of the Rent Controller, Madurai Town. The revision petitioner filed I.A.No.210 of 2017 for reissue of the Advocate Commissioner's warrant. The said I.A was dismissed. Questioning the same, the revision petitioner filed R.C.A.No.5 of 2018, before the Appellate Authority / Principal Sub Judge, Madurai. The revision petitioner wants the said I.A., to be disposed of expeditiously.

3. Since, the R.C.A., has been filed against the order in I.A.No.210 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.36 of 2012, it is just and necessary that such an appeal has to be disposed of expeditiously. Therefore, the learned Appellate Authority/ Principal Sub Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the R.C.A.No.5 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
