ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner, by intervening into the civil dispute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.10.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
