2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 25.03.2024, however, till date he failed to execute sureties and surrender before the Court below. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to extend the time.
