ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 22.04.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that no complaint or no First Information Report has been registered against the petitioners. The submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded.
3. In view of the above submission, the petitioners have no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
