O R D E R
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner`s representation dated 17.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and based on the same, the 2nd respondent harassed the petitioner by insisting the petitioner to pay the amount. The 3rd respondent is none other than the husband of the petitioner and there is a family dispute pending between them. While so, the 2nd respondent interfering with the family dispute harassing the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 17.04.2025, but not action was taken.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that 3rd respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner alleging he sent money from abroad to the bank account of the petitioner and she refused to return the money transferred by him. Therefore, he filed a complaint and the same is under enquiry. The petitioner has also sent a representation dated 17.04.2025 Page No. 2 of 4
and the same is also pending. Therefore, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the 3rd respondent, recording the above said submission of the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2025 along with the complaint of the 3rd respondent and dispose of the same within one week from the date of this order.
5. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
