PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent police to provide adequate police protection at the Crescent Matriculation School, Pandaravadai Papanasam and also Scheme Trust Board office premises of Periapallivasal Pandaravadai papanasam and take necessary action on the basis of the compliant dated 08.07.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent police to provide adequate police protection,on the basis of the compliant dated 08.07.2021.

W.P.(MD)No.12715 of 2021 Committee Meeting conducted by Tahsildar, Papanasam on 17.07.2021, resolution was effected with the consent of both parties and they agreed to the above said resolution. Copy of the resolution passed in the Peace Committee Meeting has been circulated to this Court. 3.Since compromise has been reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. Parties are directed to abide by the terms and conditions in the compromise reached between them before the Peace Committee Meeting. 4.Recording the resolution passed in the Peace Committee Meeting, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
