2. It is informed that the Matai Oorani (water body - pond) has now been renovated and no building has been constructed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Petitions. Photographs of the current status have been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
