This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being an auto driver, he has not involved in the crime. The respondents 2 and 3 asked him to come to police station.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no petition and no complaint pending against the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 have not asked him to appear before the police station.
