ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the compensation amount for the lands acquired from the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 21.06.2021.
2. Heard Mr.A.Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen from records that the second respondent has already acted upon the representation and has called the petitioner for an enquiry through a notice, dated 09.07.2021. According to the petitioner, he has also attended the enquiry on 15.07.2021 and 16.07.2021. Thereafter, no orders were passed and left with no other option, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
