This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Admittedly, there is a civil proceedings pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in O.S.No.146 of 2017 before the competent Civil Court. The real dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent seems to be the enjoyment of agricultural lands and the said dispute has to be resolved only by the Civil Court.

3.This petition seeking for police protection cannot be entertained at this stage, since the rights of the parties are pending before the competent Civil Court in O.S.No.146 of 2017. If at all the petitioner requires any protection against the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, it is for him to file an appropriate application before the Civil Court.
