O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2019, seeking disciplinary action against the erred officials within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband is suffering from Diabetic. On 27.08.2018, the petitioner was travelling in a bus bearing Registration No.TN 45 N 2739 belonged to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Limited, Karur-II Branch, from Ottanchathiram to Idayakottai, for purchase of tablets to her husband. When the bus reaching near Idayakottai, the Checking Inspector stopped the bus and asked the petitioner to show her ticket. She had kept the ticket in her purse and at the time of opening her purse, she missed her ticket on air. Thereafter, the Checking Inspector has imposed the fine of Rs.500/- for which she requested to give receipt. However, the said Officials refused to give receipt and abused the petitioner by using filthy language in front 2/5
of the public. Hence, she made a representation dated 30.01.2019 to the respondents to take disciplinary action against the erred officials. However, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 3/5
this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
