ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.284 of 2015 filed by the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police have already completed the investigation and filed a final report on 19.01.2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy .

3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
