ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.242 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded, the final report has been filed before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Court, Tirunelveli through E-filing No.LTN20220002341C202400010. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Court, Tirunelveli to take the final report on file within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.06.2024 NCC :
